Hi I have someone on MegaSpore Biotic. Does she have to d/c and wait 2 weeks to take the 401 H (since MegaSpore does have a anti pathogen component and therefore might affect the test) or not?

Usually probiotics won’t interfere with antigen and parasite detection. They should be fine to continue. Perhaps what you can have them do is not take the MegaSpore on the days they are collecting stool.
