I don’t know that information for sure with regards to H. pylori. It likely does since the higher the rating the more active it is. Some information I found shows that a rating at 10 or higher indicates a ‘high’ activity and therefore a higher antibacterial effect. The downside to Manuka honey is its cost.Dr. Woeller
