Hi Dr. Woeller

Susan Owens claims that candida does not possess the genetics to create Oxalate. But Candida does deplete B1 so it “indirectly” contributes to Oxalate creation by the body.

Candida has various enzymes, e.g. isocitric lygase, colleganase that contribute to oxalate formation. It likely doesn’t create oxalate on its own, but the presence of candida causes oxalate to form via various mechanisms.
