Sorry for no reply. System wasn’t notifying me of any new posts and once the course ended you have been the only one with a new question.
The test could normalize if the original test marker was IgG or IgA to gliadin. These are immune markers that come back high when there are adverse reactions to gluten (gliadin). They can normalize, but that doesn’t mean the celiac disease has been fixed, it just means they have been successful at keeping the gluten out of the diet.
