why not load up on several types – VSL, + a spore biotic + a few targeted probiotics + s bollardi …..etc….+ fermented foods
and changing up the repertoire every 3-4 weeks

This is certainly an option. You need to watch out for too many things at once in some people as a lot of probiotics can lead to loose stool and bloating. Nothing wrong with this approach in general, but there may be some people not tolerant of it initially.
